A former Regional Compliance Manager with a Multi-national Insurance group, Ms Forde brings over fifteen years of leadership and in-depth experience managing and providing training and support Regulatory Compliance issues related to Anti-money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Complaints Handling and Ethical Sales Practices; providing Company Services (Registration and Annual Return filings) throughout the Caribbean and the Netherlands Antilles. She was successful at Developing and Delivering training on regional AML/CFT legislation; Documenting, Implementing and Maintaining Compliance Policies and Procedures and Conducting Enterprise-wide Risk Assessments and Initiating Action plans to ensure relevant controls were implemented.
